Complaints & Accessibility

How to raise a concern and how we aim to keep COHERA usable for everyone.

Version 1.0 · Effective 18 September 2026
01

Complaints

If something has not met your expectations, email hello@cohera.uk with the relevant details and, where possible, how you would like us to put it right. We will acknowledge and investigate complaints fairly, impartially and confidentially, keep you appropriately informed and explain the outcome.

Where your complaint concerns the handling of personal information, COHERA will acknowledge it within 30 days, investigate it appropriately and communicate the outcome in accordance with applicable data-protection law. You may also complain directly to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

This process does not remove any statutory right or your ability to seek independent consumer, professional or legal advice.
02

Accessibility commitment

COHERA aims to make its website and services accessible and usable for as many people as reasonably possible. We aim for clear language, readable contrast, keyboard-accessible controls, meaningful alternative text and layouts that work across modern devices.

We will take reasonable steps to identify and reduce barriers for disabled people and will consider reasonable adjustments to the way information or services are provided where needed. Accessibility will be reviewed as the website and services develop.
03

Tell us what would help

If you encounter a barrier, please email hello@cohera.uk with the page, device or browser and the adjustment that would help. We will consider reasonable adjustments and alternative formats where appropriate and reasonably practicable.
04

Other support

COHERA coaching is for adults and is not a crisis or clinical service. If you need urgent help, contact emergency services or an appropriate qualified health professional.
